11/14/25 - 2nd annual Crisp Air and Chords at Grassy Road Cabins and Camping

Join us under the stars for the 2nd annual Crisp Air and Chords at Grassy Road Cabins and Camping in Marshall! 14 November 7-10pm! This fall concert weekend features live music from Arkansas’s own Bad Habit, delicious eats from local food trucks, and a Cake Auction benefitting the Marshall High School FFA, supporting local students and future ag leaders. Expect a festive evening of music, food, and fun in a scenic outdoor setting overlooking the pond and hills. Camping, cabins, merch, and family-friendly vibes await. 

$15 per person at the gate
Kids 12 & under are free!
No advance tickets — just bring your crew, grab your chairs, and come enjoy a night under the lights.

"The Gift of the Magi" - A short story by O. Henry about a young couple, who sacrifice their most prized possessions to buy each other meaningful Christmas gifts, highlighting the theme of selfless love. Licensed, Directed, and Performed by the OHAC Performing Arts group with a cast of local youth.The Annual Holiday Concert will follow the play with Holiday Music, Sing-Along, and Caroling Free to the Public.

The 7th Annual Chocolate Roll Bike Ride rolls out of Leslie at 9am with two mostly gravel routes. One route approximately 14 miles and one route approximately 19 miles.  Shop in the Historic Commercial District of Leslie when finished and dine in one of its amazing restaurants!

The Searcy County Christmas Parade is at 5:30 on Saturday, 13 December in Marshall. Lineup prior at the Marshall Grade School. 

This year’s theme will celebrate America’s upcoming 250th birthday — honoring our nation’s rich history, freedom, and faith as we head into the Semiquincentennial in 2026!
Bring your family, your holiday spirit, and your red, white, and blue as we make this year’s parade one to remember.
We are planning on a business decoration contest the week leading up to the parade so all businesses have it on your mind!
More details on lineup and times coming soon — but for now, save the date and get ready to celebrate a Colonial Christmas — 250 Years of America!
