Description: • *QUIET TIME* from 4:30-5:00 will be a time for children to come who are sensitive to sounds, so we ask that there are no horns or sirens used in this 30-minute window.• This is the 3rd year for this event • Event brings together different kinds of heavy equipment, emergency vehicles, work trucks, school buses, aircrafts, and more at the airport where kids and their families will be able to explore them up close (touch, climb in, etc). • Drivers talk to people and answer questions about the vehicle/aircraft and what they do. • This is our way of celebrating children of all ages, their educators, and families. • We hope to have another exciting C-130 flyover (depends on weather and availability)! • There’ll be FREE sno-cones and face painting for kids and info about the sponsoring programs • Concession Stand will be available (NOT free) Vehicles list (tentative) includes: Airplanes; Helicopter; Ambulance; Fire engine; Rescue truck; Various law enforcement vehicles; Backhoe; Tractor; Semi with double trailers; Wrecker Dump Truck; Grader; Mini Excavator; School bus; Bucket truck; Rural fire truck; Semi-truck; Dozer; Go-cart; UTV; Race car; Log Truck Event Organizers: Healthy Families Arkansas- Ozark Mountains Searcy County “Buffalo River” Airport Marshall ABC Preschool Ozark Opportunities, Inc.
