My name is Stacy Beltran, and I am the owner of Buffalo River Highland Farm in Marshall, Arkansas. Alongside my husband and two sons, I have spent the past 12 years calling Searcy County home after relocating from nearby Shirley. Animals have always been a central part of my life. What began as a lifelong love of horses eventually expanded into raising beef cattle nearly a decade ago. Over the years, I found myself drawn to Highland cattle and their gentle nature, unique personalities, and unmistakable shaggy appearance. Wanting to share a little piece of farm life with others, I created the Highland Calf Experience at Buffalo River Highland Farm. Visitors have the opportunity to meet, interact with, and photograph our Highland calves while enjoying the scenic hilltop views that make Searcy County such a beautiful place to live and visit. As a family-owned farm, we enjoy welcoming both local residents and travelers exploring the Buffalo National River region.
