Ratchford Farms of Marshall offers naturally raised Bison Meat and Angus-Cross Beef at our farm! Our Bison are raised in a low stress environment and are not subjected to growth hormones, antibiotics or steroids which results in meat which is low fat, low calorie, low cholesterol, high protein and healthier than other meats. Our Cattle are raised similarly and have the benefit of unlimited Spring Water which positively affects the taste, color and texture of our beef!
